Bio

Chris Letizia is a Chartered Financial Consultant with the Los Angeles Financial Center in Encino, CA. He provides financial products and services to his clients in California and Colorado and in addition provides insurance products in Nevada and North Carolina. As a Registered Representative of Ameritas Investment Corp., member FINRA/SIPC, his practice includes full service brokerage. Chris has been in the financial services industry since 1976 including five years in management and is committed to continuing education to better serve his clients. He completed training in the Personal and Business Insurance courses through the Life Underwriters Training Council in 1979. He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter degree from the American College of Bryn Mawr, PA in 1984. He then earned his Chartered Financial Consultant degree in 1987 and is now pursuing his Masters degree in Financial Services. He has earned the National Quality Award each year since 1979. Chris Letizia has taught insurance courses in the Denver Public School system and has authored articles for newspapers and industry publications on many areas of financial pl anning. He currently teaches courses for the Life Insurance industry in Encino, California. He is active in his church as a Deacon and is a volunteer member of the Thousand Oaks D.A.R.T. (Disaster Assistance Response Team) coordinated through the Ventura County Sheriff Dept. He also volunteers time in the Heart to Heart program at Los Robles Regional Medical Center talking to patients who have undergone heart surgery. Chris and his wife Shirley have three children and six grandchildren and currently reside in Newbury Park.
